Ingredients

  • 1½ cups extra coarse bulgur
  • 4 large bell peppers

  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Method

Step 1 — Prepare the Peppers

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and carefully remove the seeds and inner membranes. Keep the peppers upright and ready for stuffing.

Step 2 — Build the Filling

Heat Farmili Low Pungency Yellow Mustard Oil in a pan over gentle heat.

Add finely chopped onions and cook slowly until softened and lightly golden.
